I am Insiya, a Mental Health Coach, wife, and mom of four little ones, passionate about helping Muslim women live with authenticity and purpose. Born in the Middle East, raised in India, and now living in Canada, I bring a unique perspective shaped by diverse cultures and nearly a decade of experience in counseling, training, and psychological support. With a master’s in Psychology, my work centers on helping women connect with their true values, set healthy boundaries, and nurture their relationships as acts of worship. Through mindset shifts, inner work, and faith-aligned actions, I invite you to join me in creating a life filled with Barakah, connection, and growth. Connect with me below!
Olive Tree People is not just a wellness company I partner with. It is a values-aligned extension of the work I already do with Muslim women inside their homes, marriages, bodies, and emotional lives.
At the heart of my work is one core belief: healing and growth happen when we return to fitrah, to what is natural, balanced, and sustainable. Olive Tree People mirrors this belief through its commitment to pure, intentional, and restorative care.
Why Olive Tree People?
Olive Tree People is rooted in the philosophy of holistic nourishment, not quick fixes. Their products focus on supporting the body at a cellular level, honoring the skin as an organ, and respecting the intelligence of the body rather than overriding it.
This resonates deeply with how I support women:
We don’t suppress emotions, we learn to regulate and process them
We don’t hustle for “better marriages”, we rebuild safety, rahmah, and responsibility
We don’t chase perfection, we build rhythms that are realistic for mothers and wives
In the same way, Olive Tree People doesn’t promise overnight miracles. It supports long-term wellbeing through consistency, quality, and care.
Alignment With My Work
Much of my coaching centers around resource management, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. Many women I work with are depleted:
Olive Tree People fits naturally into this conversation. It offers women a way to care for themselves without excess, guilt, or contradiction to their values.
This is not about vanity.
This is about amanah, how we care for the bodies Allah has entrusted to us.
Why I Chose to Partner With Them
I am intentional about what I recommend. I do not align with brands that rely on fear-based marketing, unrealistic beauty standards, or trends that disconnect women from themselves.
Olive Tree People stood out because:
It prioritizes purity and transparency
It respects the body’s natural processes
It aligns with a slow, intentional lifestyle
It supports women who are already carrying a lot
This partnership exists because it genuinely complements the inner work we do together. Outer care that supports inner regulation.
For the Woman I Serve
If you are a woman who:
Then Olive Tree People is a natural fit for you.
This is not an add-on.
It is part of a bigger picture of living well, with ihsan.
