Currently I am offering 3 month Group or Individual Coaching Programs

After 3 months, you’ll no longer feel like a stranger in your own life — you’ll feel safe, seen, and spiritually anchored, with the emotional tools and faith-based mindset to nurture your marriage and motherhood with confidence.

Is this you?

  • You’re carrying the weight of resentment, overthinking, and self-doubt — and it feels like you’re doing it all alone.
  • You often react out of fear, unsure how to trust yourself or rely on Allah with clarity and peace.
  • Feeling safe — with yourself, with Allah, or in your marriage — feels distant, especially when things aren’t “perfect.”
  • Communication feels like a minefield; you spiral easily, feel ashamed of your emotions, or shut down entirely.
  • It’s hard to see your husband through compassion — comparison, frustration, or disconnect tend to take over.
  • Your sense of peace depends on what others do or don’t do, leaving you feeling powerless and unanchored.
  • You feel disconnected from your own values, unsure how to embrace your feminine softness or hold boundaries without guilt.
  • Marriage and motherhood feel like a constant balancing act, and you don’t know what needs fixing or what’s worth fighting for.
  • You’re unclear on your needs, uncertain about your desires, and wondering why barakah feels missing from your time, energy, and love.

Through my support you’ll no longer feel like a stranger in your own life or constantly feel the debate of to stay or leave, you will gain clarity of holding the boundary to empower yourself and your marriage.

You will have tools to transform your marriage, let go of unhealthy and unrealistic expectations, bring in acceptance and compassion, be present, less triggered, more understanding and also feel a shift in your marriage and more so in your own self.

Are you ready to choose yourself and your marriage by centering your faith in Allah?
