Abundant Muslimah

"You are not behind. You are buried under noise. And the noise has a name nobody ever taught you, your dysregulated nervous system."

You are not lazy. You are not ungrateful. You are not a bad wife, a bad mother, or a bad Muslim.

You are a woman whose body, deen, marriage, and mothering have all been running on empty, and nobody ever taught you the one skill that touches all four. This year, you learn it. Not all at once. One step a month, for twelve months, until it becomes who you are.

The Abundant Muslimah Community

A Year-Long Journey of Growth, Healing & Barakah

OPENING JUNE 2026

If you recognise yourself here, keep reading!

  • You snap and spend the day in guilt.
  • You go cold instead of saying what you need.
  • You say yes and resent it later.
  • You've had the good Ramadan and were back to yourself by Shawwal.
  • You're holding everyone together, and nobody knows how close you are to the edge.
  • You've tried. The books, the duas, the hard conversations.

And you're still here, wondering what's wrong with you.

Nothing is wrong with you. You were never taught how to regulate. That is exactly what this year teaches, one step at a time, in every part of your life.

Why nothing has stuck until now?

When you're dysregulated, your nervous system is in survival mode. In survival mode, you cannot access patience, presence, empathy, or good decision-making, the body shuts those functions down because it's too busy keeping you safe.

So when you try to build a habit, have a better Ramadan, or be gentler with your kids, you're trying to do it from a body still in survival mode. And a body in survival mode cannot sustain change. It just cannot.

That's why the book worked for three weeks. That's why the good Ramadan didn't last past Shawwal.

Regulation is the root. Everything else, your deen, your marriage, your mothering, grows from it.

Abundance is not having more. It's having enough left over.

An abundant woman isn't one with no problems, no exhaustion, no hard days. She's a woman who has built enough internal capacity that giving doesn't empty her, because she's learned how to notice when she's running low, name it honestly, pause before she reacts, anchor herself, release the shame that doesn't serve her, ask for what she needs, hand over what isn't hers to carry, prepare without perfectionism, live fully in the moments that matter, sustain what's good, protect her boundaries, and pass all of it on.

That's not twelve separate skills. That's one woman, twelve months from now, operating from surplus instead of survival. That is what "abundant" means. And that is what this year builds ,deliberately, one step at a time.

🗓 What You’ll Experience Month By Month:

This framework has never been taught before

If you were here for Year 1, you know the foundation. This year takes that foundation and turns it into a complete, sequential system for the first time. The twelve-step staircase doesn't exist anywhere else, in our community or outside it. It was built from what Year 1 members actually needed , in their own words, during our final session together.

The Hijri year opens once. This cohort opens once. The version of you who begins Muharram with this staircase ahead of her is not the same as the version who waits another year.

💌 Why This Community Was Born

  • I created this because I was tired of watching women who gave everything to others, yet felt spiritually lost, emotionally drained, and mentally stuck.
  • I wanted a space where we don’t have to choose between being a “good wife” or being true to ourselves.
  • Where our homemaking is celebrated. Where emotional healing is honored. Where spiritual highs are sustained. Where we build tawakkul and confidence, week by week.
  • This is not just a group. This is a plan. A path. A promise.

🌸 You’ll Love This Community If:

  • You want a clear plan to grow spiritually and emotionally, rooted in Quran & Sunnah
  • You crave structure but also softness, to organize your home and heart
  • You feel unfulfilled despite doing “all the right things”
  • You long for a safe, supportive sisterhood that sees your efforts
  • You want to stop just “reacting” and start living intentionally
